I really hate to make this announcement, because I like to be able to pick up the phone when my clients call and have you get an immediate response. I do that because I know this is what I want when I call someone, lol. I don’t want to talk to any sort of machine.
Unfortunately though, due to the huge volume of spam phone calls I’ve been receiving, I am now adopting a new policy of asking everyone inquiring about service to please leave a brief message with details on the problem you’re having, the type of machine and what part of town you live in.
If you sound legitimate and have a problem that we can solve for you we will call you back within 30 minutes to schedule your service call. You may also schedule service via text messaging if you prefer (that actually works better for me)!
We apologize in advance for in any inconvenience this may cause you, however this will literally free up many hours a week for us to run service calls and solve problems for our clients.
