I’ve put this off for a while, but after being ripped off for the umpteenth time, I’m now requiring any owner or tenant, who is not going to be on site to pay their bill, will have to pay in advance.
I should add this is a small percentage of my clients, but I’ve reached the point where I’m not going to tolerate this kind of behavior anymore. However, this doesn’t have to be a negative thing.
Here are a few of the positive points for both service tech and homeowners about Prepayment.

- Prepayment provides peace of mind for the homeowner by avoiding unexpected costs or fees.
- Remote homeowners can ensure timely and reliable service by paying in advance.
