I really hate to make this announcement, because I like to be able to pick up the phone when my clients call and have you get an immediate response. I do that because I know this is what I want when I call someone, lol. I don’t want to talk to any sort of machine.

Unfortunately though, due to the huge volume of spam phone calls I’ve been receiving, I am now adopting a new policy of asking everyone inquiring about service to please leave a brief message with details on the problem you’re having, the type of machine and what part of town you live in.

If you sound legitimate and have a problem that we can solve for you we will call you back within 30 minutes to schedule your service call. You may also schedule service via text messaging if you prefer (that actually works better for me)!

We apologize in advance for in any inconvenience this may cause you, however this will literally free up many hours a week for us to run service calls and solve problems for our clients.

Complete Nutrition was that sort of call, they had a dishwasher down that was making the process of creating sample nutritional shakes for customers a messy one. Especially since the faucet on their sink was broken as well.

The owner called me early in the morning and before noon, I was in touch with Matt, the manager over at the Town Centre location in Mt Pleasant.

Without going into the tedious details, I was able to get their dishwasher repaired and installed a brand new faucet system for them on the same afternoon. By 5pm everything was back in working condition and it was business as usual. No more headaches with the dishwasher or sink, no more mess, no more stress, just the way I like to end a job.
